Provision of Technical, Vocational and Educational Training (TVET)

IRM, in collaboration with the Balochistan Rural Support Programme (BRSP) and funded by the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF), is equipping 84 students (boys/men) from madrassas in Balochistan with essential technical and vocational skills. Conducted at IRM Tech, this transformative initiative provides hands-on training in high-demand trades such as Basic Computer Training, Digital Marketing, Mobile Phone Repairing, Building Electricity and Solar Panel Installation, Basic Dress Designing, and Motorcycle Mechanics.

Under the guidance of highly skilled trainers, these participants are gaining valuable technical expertise to enhance their employability and pave the way for self-reliance. This initiative not only fosters skill development but also promotes inclusion, empowering marginalized communities from one of Pakistan’s most underserved regions. By bridging the gap between talent and opportunity, IRM continues to drive sustainable socio-economic progress in Balochistan.
