The Poverty Graduation Program encompasses a range of initiatives aimed at socio-economic upliftment, including Community-Driven Development, Livelihood Programs, Socio-Economic Inclusion, Technical and Vocational Skill Training, Asset Transfer, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Capacity Building. The Poverty Graduation Wing of Institute of Rural Management (IRM) is equipped to design and manage poverty graduation programs. A diverse range of professionals from the non-profit sector, donor agencies, government organizations, the corporate sector, and Rural Support Programs (RSPs) have benefited from IRM’s extensive training and human resource management services. The strength of the program lies in IRM’s large consortium of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals.
Capacity Building Methodology:
IRM’s training methodology is dynamic and interactive, combining various techniques such as lectures, role plays, group discussions, pictorial handouts, brainstorming, case studies, practical exercises, exposure visits, and group work.
